I will ask you to delve into yourself on a multitude of different levels. You will set our own personal intentions and goals for HGT at the start of the retreat. Throughout our days together, we will connect during group sessions, to gain every tool you can to increase happiness and love within yourself. You will also have opportunities to reflect and rest. In order to absorb as much as you can, come open and willing to do the work. It is not easy, but YOU are worthy of finding out what comes in reward of that hard work!

We will be engaging with all of our gorgeous surroundings in all aspects of our beings. We will explore the beach and walk amongst the trees. We will reflect after completing activities that will aid in creating more peace in your life. We will connect with the sacred space, where you will have the opportunity to absorb everything it has to offer! 

I want this to be the most healing, emotionally and mentally beneficial, judgement-free, all-girls sleepover, you could ever experience! You are worthy of being free from day to day, adult responsibilities. All of your meals will be prepared for you, and you can rest in luxury, during downtime. We will have outdoor spaces to reprieve. We will all be staying together in one gorgeous, serene, retreat house. You will have the luxuries of life, without the weight of the world, so you can regain your focus on your own growth!

Outside of everything included in HGT, I am continuously looking for local Female Entrepreneurs and Light Workers to offer enhancements to HGT!
