Cancellation Policy

To honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into delivering this trauma-informed, healing-centered work, the following policy applies to all program bookings: 50% of the total program cost is due upon booking to reserve your date(s). This deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation, as it covers planning, materials, and staff coordination. The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 calendar days prior to the program start date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be rescheduled once, at no additional cost, based on availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled program will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit and may incur additional fees if materials or staffing have already been secured. In the case of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., weather closures, health crises), we will make every effort to reschedule in good faith at no penalty.
